The Garden Room
The Garden Room has been converted into a 4,500 sq ft events facility, which features its own dedicated entrance, full catering facilities, toilets (including disabled), a beautiful semi-permanent marquee and a large purpose-built parking area.
The floor to ceiling windows allow entry of cars or machinery, creating the ideal venue for product launches and conferences.
The marquee is attached to the side of the Garden Room creating a seamless space between the two areas. This delightful space can hold formal dinners of up to 330 guests seated. The marquee also gives the venue a multitude of additional uses and can be laid out in Theatre, Banquet, Cabaret or Classroom styles. The Garden Room can easily be split into a number of separate rooms for break-outs or be used as one large events area. In addition, we now have two separate break-out rooms available for corporate events.
These rooms, located in the Old Courtyard, are decorated with different scale models of sports and racing cars and motorbikes, which continues Birtsmorton Court's association with motor racing vehicles. Many of the models on display are made from scratch by the estate owner, Mr Nigel Dawes. These two rooms are themed 'The Ferrari Suite' and 'The Grand Prix Suite'.
Formal Rooms Available
Additionally, both formal ‘halls’ in the house can be used as a premium space for receptions, banquets or meetings. The Court dinning room can also be used for board meetings of up to 14.
For numbers above 330 the grounds have a number of ideal locations for erecting large marquees to house much bigger numbers.

The house and grounds are surrounded by 130 acres of parkland and 230 acres of arable land, which makes the venue ideal for a host of corporate activities, such as:
