Our Wedding Charges
In order to calculate the cost of a wedding at Birtsmorton Court, our charges are made in three key areas:
- Exclusive Hire Charge - This includes Exclusive Use of the Venue and Gardens, the marquee and our adjustable parquet dancefloor.
- Menu Costs - calculated per person (this includes the hire of the cutlery, crockery, glassware, linen table and standard chairs and the serving of the food and wine during the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast)
- Wine & Other Drinks - calculated either per person or per bottle

| For a large number of guests the following surcharges are applicable to cover the cost of a service marquee, additional equipment and External Toilets. |

- All Prices Include VAT @ 17.5%, which be adjusted to 15% on the final invoice. VAT will return to 17.5% as of 1st January 2010.
Discounts.
Birtsmorton Court offer the following discounts, which are applied on the Exclusive Hire Charge only. These are guidelines only as discsounts vary on a day-to-day basis. Please see the bookings calendar for exact discounts.Only one discount can be applied per wedding.
