In order to calculate the cost of a wedding at Birtsmorton Court, our charges are made in three key areas:

  • Exclusive Hire Charge - This includes Exclusive Use of the Venue and Gardens, the marquee and our adjustable parquet dancefloor.
     
  • Menu Costs - calculated per person (this includes the hire of the cutlery, crockery, glassware, linen table and standard chairs and the serving of the food and wine during the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast)
     
  • Wine & Other Drinks - calculated either per person or per bottle

Church Weddings
Wedding Breakfast in The Garden Room and Marquee for up to 300 guests with use of the White Garden for Reception Drinks

Civil Weddings
Wedding Party Up To 80

Wedding Party Up To 200

Bridal Suite
Exclusive use of the upper floor of the Georgian wing to include the Bridal Suite, blue bathroom and dressing room, with breakfast served in the Court dinning room. £ 395 £ 410 £ 440
Surcharges

For a large number of guests the following surcharges are applicable to cover the cost of a service marquee, additional equipment and External Toilets.

  • All Prices Include VAT @ 17.5%

Birtsmorton Court offer the following discounts, which are applied on the Exclusive Hire Charge only. Please note: only one discount to be applicable per wedding.

Spring Weddings (After Easter – 31st May) 15% discount
September Civil Weddings (Certain September Dates - please call) 15% discount
Special Winter Packages - any size of wedding party up to 80 guests using Birtsmorton Court or the Garden Room
(From 1st November – 20th March Only)		 30% discount
Monday - Wednesday Wedding 50% discount
Thursday Weddings 40% discount
