Our Wedding Charges
In order to calculate the cost of a wedding at Birtsmorton Court, our charges are made in three key areas:
- Exclusive Hire Charge - This includes Exclusive Use of the Venue and Gardens, the marquee (March – October) and our adjustable parquet dancefloor.
- Menu Costs - calculated per person (this includes the hire of the cutlery, crockery, glassware, linen table and standard chairs plus the serving of the food and wine during the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast)
- Wine & Other Drinks - calculated either per person or per bottle

Exclusive Hire Charges Includes:
- Exclusive use of this unique venue, along with it’s exquisite formal gardens and surrounding parkland
- Your own Wedding Venue Manager with assistant to help meticulously plan and run your day
- Your own dedicated Evening Events Manager and a fully staffed bar
- Waiter service throughout your Reception Drinks with dedicated Front of House Manager
- Waiter service throughout the Wedding Breakfast with dedicated Maitre’d
- The 90ft. Marquee attached to the Garden Room to include all linings and swags British Summer Time only)
- Use of our round or square silver plated cake stand and Bridal knife
- Star cloths across the length of the dancing area adding extra atmosphere and sparkle
- Marquee Heater (Fuel not included)
- Garden furniture (4 sets with parasol and 6 chairs) - fine weather only
- Gold banqueting chairs with gold seat-pads
- Round 5ft6 inch tables for the Wedding Breakfast with an additional 6ft table for the Top Table if required
- Up to 10 trestle and pine rectangular tables for the Top Table and extra guest tables if required
- A venue design service that allows each couple to tailor the venue to their unique requirements
- 2 easels for table plans and photo montages
- Fully integrated PA Sound System with CD and MP3 connectivity and roving microphone for Speeches
- ATM situated in the bar area
- A tailored meting with Dine with Style, our award winning caterers that include a tasting
- Many surprise and delight features leading up to the wedding day
