The exclusive use hire charge includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of this unique venue, along with its exquisite formal gardens and surrounding parkland
  • Our 90 foot marquee which can seat 160 guests. (March to November)
  • Use of the Garden Room for the wedding breakfast; a converted Elizabethan bowling alley with a beautiful exposed brick wall and floor to ceiling glass doors overlooking a pretty secluded garden. (December to February)
  • Marquee heater and fuel for use on cooler days
  • Professionally designed and refurbished Garden Room for a relaxed and stylish evening party with star lit canopy
  • Garden furniture
  • For December weddings, traditionally decorated Christmas trees will be placed throughout the venue
  • Star cloths across the length of the dancing area adding extra atmosphere and sparkle
  • Full disabled access throughout Birtsmorton Court including disabled toilet
  • Fully adaptable space accommodating wedding parties from 20-300 guests for your wedding breakfast and evening party
